At MARÄNG, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, all food sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and processed.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@marangla.com and include your order number along with clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping box.

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our sole discretion. Refunds are issued only in cases of confirmed damage, defect, or fulfillment error.

We are unable to issue refunds or replacements for:

  • Heat-related melting or texture changes
  • Carrier delays
  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
  • Orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier
  • Minor packaging imperfections that do not affect product quality

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

MARÄNG reserves the right to refuse refund or replacement requests that do not comply with this policy.
