Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

We currently ship only within the United States. Shipping and delivery estimates are provided as general guidelines only and are not guaranteed. MARÄNG is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, weather-related delays, lost or stolen packages marked as delivered, incorrect addresses provided by customers, customs or government actions, or delivery issues outside of our control.

Candy and chocolate products may be sensitive to heat and weather conditions. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the risk of melting, texture changes, or other heat-related product changes that may occur during shipping or delivery, particularly during warmer months. MARÄNG is not responsible for heat-related damage occurring after an order leaves our facility.

Due to the nature of food products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on edible items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review the claim. Any replacement, refund, store credit, or other resolution will be provided solely at our discretion. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Our products may be packed or handled in facilities that also process peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, soy, wheat, and other common allergens. Customers with food allergies or sensitivities should carefully review all ingredient information before purchasing or consuming products. While we strive to keep product information accurate and current, ingredients and manufacturing practices may change without notice.

All content on this Site, including but not limited to logos, branding, graphics, photographs, product names, text, website design, and other materials, is the property of MARÄNG and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
