We currently ship within the United States only.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Once shipped, delivery generally takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size, shipping destination, and selected shipping method. We currently offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $50. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, MARÄNG is not responsible for shipping delays, carrier-related issues, weather delays, lost or stolen packages marked as delivered, or other delivery issues outside of our control.

Please note that many candy and chocolate products are sensitive to heat and weather conditions. While we take care in packaging orders, MARÄNG is not responsible for melting, texture changes, or other heat-related damage that may occur during shipping or delivery, especially during warmer months. We recommend selecting faster shipping options during hot weather and retrieving packages promptly after delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. MARÄNG is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly, checking with neighbors, or contacting your local delivery office. If you need additional assistance, please contact us at hello@marangla.com.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number along with clear photos of the issue. Claims are reviewed in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

Please note that during holidays, promotions, severe weather, or high-volume shipping periods, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual.
